Step 1. Evaluation of Requirements

Our Lead Recruiter will take the time to understand your business model,  objectives, and vision. We will discuss your company culture,  timeline,  and staffing areas of improvement.

Understanding the role

We understand the importance of finding the right fit for your team. We take the time to deeply understand the role that needs to be filled. We will work with you to prepare the job description, qualifications, technical skills, and software and hardware requirements, as well as give you an estimated market price for the position.

Step 2. Qualification and Selection

Screening and testing

Our prequalifying process ensures that each candidate is pre-screened for skill match, communication and culture-fit. Specific skills test can also be conducted according to the role.

Shortlisting

We will send you a shortlist of carefully selected professionals who we think would be a great fit for you. You will be able to review the resumes of the candidates and decide which ones to interview.

Interview

We want to make sure our clients have a quick and painless experience when interviewing potential candidates. We will handle the logistics of the interview process for you and continually update our talent pool to ensure you have access to the best candidates.

Step 3. Hiring and Support

Contract Signing

Our team streamlines the recruitment process and helps you get your new hire onboard quickly. Once you find the perfect fit for your team, we will help facilitate the contract terms, negotiation, and contract signing of the candidate to your company so you can rest easy knowing all the details are taken care of.

After-hire Support

It is up to you to onboard, train, integrate and manage your new team member. However, we will be available to provide additional guidance on cultural differences, coaching, and performance reviews. We also guarantee to renew the entire process free of charge if your new team member decides to leave the company within sixty days.
